About this Role: SALES DIRECTOR
A confident, well-spoken individual with the ability to motivate the sales team. The successful candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills and have good experience with managing the sales team to reach company established yearly sales target.

Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to Managing Director on key sales reports/forecasts/expected cash flow
  • Work closely with the Operations Director & the Managing Director to formulate sales strategy and set quarterly overall sales target for the team
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with both key domestic and international developers/designers/architects/contractor community
  • Develop, Hire, Train, Motivate and Manage the performance and efficiency of your sales team
  • Update and maintain reporting tools such as CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management
  • Ensure and improve overall sales processes and timely delivery according to the project’s timeline and factory’s capacity
  • Manage and handle customer’s expectations which include the ability to resolve problems faced by the sales team before, during and after sales.
Requirements:
  • To be stationed in Shanghai, China
  • Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field 
  • Min 5-10 years Sales/Marketing experience in Furniture industry
  • Highly passionate in design/architecture
  • Strong command of English & Mandarin is needed
  • Strong track record of developing relationships with architects/designers/hotel operators/developers preferred
  • Track records of negotiating major account agreements and contract in conjunction with sales team/client procurement

About this Role: SALES MANAGER
Motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to supervise and lead our domestic sales department. The successful candidate for this role will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. 

Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to Sales Director on key sales reports/forecasts/expected cash flow
  • Build and maintaining client relations 
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics 
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
Requirements:
  • To be stationed in Shanghai, China
  • Min 2-3 years Sales/Marketing experience in Furniture industry
  • Strong command of English & Mandarin is needed
